What are your hours?
We can offer transport and shuttling at all hours, normally with 24 to 48 hours of notice but depending on schedule we might be able to accommodate on shorter notice.
Our tours usually run Monday through Sunday and start at about 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Do your tours run year round, and how much in advance should we book?
We run our tours every day, year round, rain or shine, just be sure to contact us ahead of time to book. We suggest you contact us as soon as you know which day you'd like to book as our tours often sell out very fast. Last minute reservations could work, so don't hesitate to try. No tours Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day.
Are there set times for each tour?
We usually meet or pick up our groups around 10 a.m. but our wine tours generally start at about 11 a.m. For groups we can customize the times and offerings on most of our tours.
How do we get a discount?
We can often offer special pricing on certain days/tours. We have group discounts available (certain holidays excluded) on most of our tours. Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or join our mailing list for special promotions that we run.
Are there tasting fees?
There are no tasting fees at any of the stops, as we have already covered the tasting fee's in our all-inclusive ticket price. Beyond the samples we cover for you, please feel free to support our local businesses by purchasing some additional wine or taking merchandise home with you. Many items found along the way cannot be purchased elsewhere, and we have coolers on the buses for cold storage!
Can we book a private tour?
Definitely! Private tours are always welcomed and can be arranged directly via email or telephone.
How many guests can you accommodate?
The minimum number that we take is 2 guests and our maximum is 1000 guests! If you are a group of 15 or more please contact the office for a quote.
Do you do tours/events for corporate groups?
Absolutely, we have many different options available for our corporate groups. We also offer great team building packages as well.
What's included in the tour ticket price?
Your ticket price includes all food and wine and guided tour. It does not include tour guide gratuity (10-15% industry standard).
###Where do we meet? What should we wear?
For the public tour we meet in Los Gatos at a parking lot with lots of parking. For private tours, we can pick you up just about anywhere in the South Bay.
Will you wait for me if I’m running late?
If you have provided us with a contact number, we will try to call you at least a few minutes before we leave. Because we are dealing with so many different businesses and moving parts, though, we simply cannot leave any later than the departure time listed for each tour. We therefore strongly suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
If I miss the departure, can I meet you partway through the tour?
No. We do not allow guests to meet us partway through our tours. It wouldn’t be fair to you or to other guests on the tour, as we pride ourselves on the flow of our tours and the full experience we provide.
Can I drink alcohol on board the bus?
No open alcohol containers are allowed on the bus. If you decide to open an alcoholic beverage, you will be asked to leave the tour. We do have warm and cold storage available on the bus for any purchases for later consumption that you make along the tour, though.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation, we will offer a refund wihin 72 hours notice or more, minus a 20% processing fee. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS available less than 72 hours prior to tour time.
I have allergies/diet restrictions, can you change the menus at the tour stops?
Please speak with one of our booking agents if you have any dietary restrictions. On some of our tours we can typically accommodate vegetarian and/or gluten free (additional costs may apply). Otherwise menus are preset; we cannot do substitutions. There will be a variety of food and usually something to suit everyone. We do have custom menu tours; please contact the office for more details. Note that we cannot guarantee the premises are free of your allergens. Please check with the restaurant/winery/brewery staff if you have any concerns.
I have a medical need, what should I do?
Please let your booking agent know if have any special medical needs, including wheelchairs or walkers.
Can we bring our children on your tours?
No one under the age of 21. You may want to consider this your special adult time away. We are happy to recommend wonderful child care that can come to your hotel/residence.
